Has anyone tried the Paint & Stick plugin yet? It’s a few years old so wasn’t around at the start of this discussion. I’ve just downloaded the trial version from AEscripts. It has union skinning and way more brush options.

Other hand drawn options are Photoshop, maybe Paint TV – which I have yet to look in to. I would prefer to work in After Effects because it’s my go to program so I’ve been looking for a best fit for me. Paint & Stick might be it.

Yes! Thanks! Why was it so hard to find this answer? I’ve been at it for hours and did not expect to find it in a post as old as this.

It might have to do with some terminology.

I’d love it to be cleaner, without having to reposition (I decided to do that with sliders), but this does the trick.

    Thanks again!

Thanks so much! Easy answer to find too, wish I googled it right away.

Hi, I didn’t read all of the comments, and the post is a bot old, but for those who stumble upon it a solution might be Prezi. It’s a presentation tool that is way more dynamic than a powerpoint. Check it out here https://prezi.com/.
Now I haven’t used it myself yet – I never do presentations myself – and it does have a learning curve, but seeing the examples it really brings life to a presentation. Like this one:

    Enjoy.
