    Hello,

I would send an email to support@wondertouch.com. They should help you out with your registration issue.

    Alan,

Thanks for responding. I think letting us know that Yes, Genarts eventually does plan on updating this software is what we wanted to know.

Glad to know you are working on the emitters as well.

    Thanks Alan.

    Alan,

Just checking to see if you updated the Catalog file from my original 7-29-2014 inquiry?

September 15, 2014 at 5:19 pm in reply to: Digital Juice Closes down their forum

I have now noticed issues yet again with their Juicer software and they are now soon ending this software for something new “All New Juicer” (which I heard is online based only).

What I find annoying is that they are now going subscription based and even though the “offer” to join the Founding Member ended over a week ago, they are still sending out emails indicating you can still sign up. If the offer ended, end it!

The new Juicer 3.90 Build 118 has search issues and problems with the thumbnails. I’m pretty sure they could care less about fixing it. I’ve notified them, but in less than 15 days, they will close their old site and you can only sign in if you signed up and paid to be a Founding Member.

I have a feeling they did not get enough users paying the $249 up front so they are extending this “offer”. I for one, will not be joining them.

Diane, I’m interested in knowing what products they have copied others from since I have heard this as well but I’m not finding a lot details.

September 12, 2014 at 1:57 am in reply to: PI 309 – Rath nOt recommended to anyone

That is why I brought up to Alan about the Load Library preview not working under 3.09 but still working fine under the orig 3.041 with Windows 7. If Microsoft changed something, would it not work under 3.041 as well?

I really wish they would update and fix these issues with PI3.

No word on if GenArts is planning on future update to PI3 since this question has been asked by other users and nothing has been said.

GenArts do not kill this program!

August 12, 2014 at 5:52 pm in reply to: Particle Illusions 3.09 has no emitter preview

    Alan,

I guess I just wanted confirmation from you that GenArts is still planning on making improvements to this program or are they taking the technology behind PI and incorporating it into their other products and leaving PI behind? (similar to when Serious Magic was bought out by Adobe. Now all Serious Magic products are gone)

From this message https://forums.creativecow.net/thread/23/863542?&remote_logo=wondertouch.gif&color=b4b4b4&remote_call=true#863547 , nothing was stated as the direction PI is going but I am wondering if PI is still alive and well and will future updates will be made to this great program?

I worry since I see less and less “activity”. I see no mention if updates to the PI Plugin for Vegas is being planned as well so that is why I am asking.

    Thanks,

Ok thanks for clarifying. I was just wondering why if the older version worked (3.0.4.1), why version 3.09 would not under the same OS?

I wonder if installing ClassicShell would bring this function back? What is the function called that Windows changed that prevented the preview from working?

    Thanks again Alan.
