This is weird.
Your CSS display some rules for the A:link
But in IE8, using the incorporated developer tool, it shows that your CSS has more rules in the A:link
I removed these rules and your shifting disappeared.
The rules removed were:
outline-color: invert;
outline-width: medium;If we can figure it out where are those rules coming you can fix the site removing them.

You can play with the contrast and add some noise to distract from the out of focus, but you will never get your focus back.
Using a sharp filter will probably not work, but give it a try.

I was giving a training about doing better presentations about a year ago. People there agree that the typical PowerPoint style was boring and all bullets could be even confusing, but in the end most of them continued doing presentations that way. Why?

Others may suggest better, but if it’s daylight, you can use a big mirror to reflect the sun into the drivers face. A translucent cloth in front of the mirror can help to soft the light.
For a mirror, you can use any reflective surface. Aluminum paper over a cardboard can do the trick.
You can soften the light of the person outside the mirror by covering the sun with a translucent cloth. For a super low budget production, you can use a shower curtain.
Be sure to do some tests before shooting for real.

There’s a way to send data from a PDF form to an email address or to a web cgi to be processed and even added to a database.
You need to use Acrobat Pro to configure the send button in the form. Also, the server must be able to process the data sent by the PDF. That’s very common, but don’t take it for granted.
Some browsers will display your PDF if you link directly to them, some will ask for a download. If you just want to manage your forms online it’s a lot safer to use HTML forms.

It can be a nice trick, but remember that moving the camera far or close to the subject using the same lens angle will give you a better sense of space than just zoom in-out (or re-frame in post, in this scenario). So, if you have the time to do an extra shot, move your tripod.
