when I try to export anything in Avid Xpress, I also do it as quicktime reference and then use sorenson squeeze to transform into mpg file, never had any sync problem…
maybe you could take the file you created & is out of sync and try to re-sync it on virtual dub (the bad thing is you’ll have to do an xvid file and will loose quality, but give it a shot anyway…)Felipe Millan
