my fotage is fullhd (1080) 23.98.

you say:

Do you mean 1080@23.98 and 1080@24 or 576@23.98 and 576@24?

The DVD will be donated, thousands of copies. Also has to be delivered to festival.

Anyway my point is do the best method to have the DVD and BluRay for each country.

For the Blu Ray, youd make a 23.98 title. This play play on all players worldwide as well”

Do you think is ok to make a NTSC DVD for Europe market?
