Thanks Shane! It worked, I don’t know how I didn’t get it to work before. I used the higher dimension because i thought it created a letterbox. I appreciate your help.

Thanks Paul,

I shot it in HDV, but in order for my eMac to detect my capturing device, I had to change the Output settings on my Canon to DV.

It isn’t necessary that I make an HDV video, it would just be nice for future knowledge, because I’m practicing with my new camera for the 48 Hour Film Project. (and yes, I will have a new computer by then, as a graduation present.)

You’re probably right with the Sequence settings, I’ve toyed around with them alot. I’m at school right now, but when I get home, I could send you screen shots of my settings if that would work out easier for you to be able to help me.

So, the Sequence Settings must match the footage settings?
