The sequence settings are set a dvc/dvpro ntsc. I have never had this problem before.

yes it does, but I have not been using H.264.

I used to use dvcpro as the sequence and clip settings, I have it set to that in Final cut pro so I do not know why I am getting this proble.

Okay, I have been using DVCpro. I had Express 4 so I used that since it did not support proress
