I’m also trying to set up our workflow to integrate sending ads over to DG Fastchannel and it seems to me like they’re not familiar with Final Cut Pro studio settings, mostly Avid workflows. I asked them to send me some sort of documentation on how to set up the encoder/compressor and all they replied was that I needed to download the software to be able to do 4:2:2 chroma and 720 X 512, but failed to give me the name of the actual software…
