I produce a number of music videos, in which case, I have to sync the audio track with the clips and this is exactly the format I use when editing. I also use it when I’m working on a TV promo, show or movie where I want to cut to the music bed. It’s one of the most effective ways to insure that you are actually hitting your mark.
