DVDSP allows multi audio. Import both audio then drag them into the timeline with your video

When you Next and Previous in a movie it goes to the next or prior chapter marker only. Putting a point 15 frames before another allows the player to go to the “dummy” chapter first….then it will go to the chapter that contains a command that tells the player to go back to the menu

Why not put a chapter point right before (15frames -1sec) the chapter that has a command to return to the menu??

The issue is that the values reported by MediaInfo aren’t exact because it doesnt parse the actually file. It takes the value in the file header or it estimates by taking the total file size, subtracting the audio size, then dividing by the run time
Use Bitrate Viewer for more accurate reports.

Yeah….should of said that was the issue in the early days instead of using the word “widely”. I haven’t seen this issue in years though
I just have my recommendation of CBR based on his piece was 9 mins. If it were 30 or 40 mins i might use VBR…..maybe 🙂
Encoding is a science up to a point….from there is preference, how good your encoder and how well you know

Combined bitrate ceiling for audio and video is 10.08….9.8 is video only
The problem is that most encoders aren’t very accurate on the settings you give them. Even CBR is not very constant when viewing your bitrate in an analyzer.
Its always good practice to be conservative. Id set it at around 7.7 – 8 mb/s CBR if you used AC3 audio. If you must use PCM, I d use 6.7 or so. basically you need to keep away from the 9.8 cieling….any spikes in bitrates can be an issue
VBR is used when you must allocate bitrates across a longer piece….no worries for you here.
Also, the notion that players widely balk at bitrates above 7.5 on burned media is complete BS
