Hey there,
Just an innocent bystander here and in fact I rarely even use this site anymore. But to answer your question on why you might be getting ignored, just try reading your posts.
I took the liberty of reading a few and in pretty well every one, you yell (CAPs) and use excessive exclamation points. Further, you yell back at someone who has provided an answer (such as the scoreboard).
So, look no further than the rude and belligerent way in which you talk to people.
That’s my assessment. No response required as I do not intend to respond to anything further.
But it’s quite obvious to me.

I’ve been happily using your ProRes GUI to render out ProRes422. Now, I have customer who sent me 4444 and asked for that same in return. I did not see an option to convert to 4444. Any ideas?
Thanks and appreciate your help.

May 7, 2013 at 6:57 pm in reply to: ProRes 422 Conversion plugin for After Effects (Windows)My apologies.
It’s a habit to render everything out of a comp so that’s what I thought at first was a straight video. Got it.
It works.

Well, I had partial luck here. By that, I meant it did respond at little differently but if it rendered to prores, I have no idea where it put it.
When I click convert (this time using a video file in a comp). I think that’s what you meant, although as I write this, now I wonder if you meant just in the media bin.
So, when I click convert, it opens up every folder in my project bin, all solids, everything – expands the trees of each.
Appreciate some help.

Ok, so no comps. That was actually the very question I left in Adobe forum yesterday or day before. 🙂
So, if the GUI pops up then what should I expect to see once I bring in a rendered video track? Will it prompt where to save, etc?
Will this also then work from Adobe Premiere? I’m in process of making the switch from Sony Vegas (after years) to Premiere Pro.
Thanks.

I installed it (or so I think I did) and the GUI shows in AE but when I tried rendering out to prores, it didn’t do anything so not sure if it is fully installed or what is missing.
Are you supposed to be able to render out a comp like normal through this?
Need help. I posted on the Adobe site a couple days ago but didn’t hear back.
Thanks ahead.

All,
I see this is a couple years old now so can someone just help me to ensure I am actually rendering ProRes 422(LT)?
This string tells me to select lossless, then quicktime, and under format, select ProRess 422LT. I do not see that option however.
The closest I see is: Uncompress YUV 8 bit 4:2:2
Is this the same thing and if not, can you help me?
Thanks.
