Frame blending would just tell Premier to create new frames when the timing/speed is changed on a clip instead of duplicating existing frames.

This would not create motion blur on an animated layer in Premier. With how great Premier has become it would be nice to bring motion blur over from After Effects instead of having to link comps to it.

If anyone has a solution let me know.
