    Thanks for responding…I’m working on a mac, and the only video export settings I see are .mov

    also I’m using an HV 40 here are the import settings

    Type: MPEG Movie
    Image Size: 1440 x 1080
    Pixel Depth: 1440
    Frame Rate: 23.976
    Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.333
