yes… you have the idea… there are many html5 video templates you can find on the web… and, off course you can put all the stuff on a USB driver also….

… what I once did was a simple / nice webpage template in html5 as menu, that let me link and play video thumbnails to some HD videos (mp4), and then include (burn as data disc) all the set in a DVD … I just instructed my client that the disc will be only playable on a PC … to make things easier just rename my index (start) file to something like START MENU to click when anybody access the files… the disc opens in a web browser running “locally” from the DVD ….

not perfect, but videos can be in any resolution (HD) you want…

… happen to me once (EX3).. don’t laugh on me, but my solution was simply blow AIR a couple of times on the camera card reservoir…

I have YEARS using my EX3 with both SxS and MxR adapters with sandisk 16 gig cards… recently I got a Sonnet adapter with a sandisk extreme 32 gig card (newer) that seems to perform some operations “faster” in the camera (like erasing all clips)… absolutely ZERO problems.. just take a little more care when using adapters……

…found an easy solution.. just want to share…

– export in DVD arch as DVD studio txt file
– open file in subtitle edit tool
– save as srt.. done

I totally agree.. I just posted a quick solution if you already have made the render (DVD) slightly larger that one disc can fit… in a few seconds you can adjust the size to fit the disc… with almost no visible difference (for file size near 5 GB)..
