Im a bit unclear as to how you are doing this, so the image you are happy with in c4d? but final render looks bad ? you have no sound can you hear the sound in c4d i.e. did you get an audio file when you downloaded? If you did you can include this file in c4d and render with image and final result will have audio.
I only ever use c4d for audio reference, i would put my final render in another package ie after fx and or fcp what ever you have then i would add sound, then export for youtube, at specific youtube compression settings so that my image will look good on youtube. ?

You need to include the materials, Your animation is on a loop so id suggest rendering your sphere 360 degrees then duplicate this in what ever editing package you have you should be able to make seamless.
Also your antialiasing is turned off in your render settings so your 10seconds may turn
into 20. Another thing you could do is, i don’t know if your stars are animated? if not and they have no effect on the sphere render them out as single images with alpha channel and comp in with after effects later. all the best Emmet.

I might add to Adams answer that in 1973 a scientist called Bui Tuong Phong came up with the idea and it was called phong shading.

Yea i will probably just do it in photoshop and stick it on a plane in C4d the text wont need to animate.
