Hi,

I just had that problem as well. I was editing in the wrong settings (HDV) so I imported the footage to a new project (DV) – twice, and both times it has ended in all the sound waves flattened, with no sound at all.

The first 20 mins after importing the footage the sound worked, and from then on it was gone. So I’ve reopened, etc, etc. but still same problem. The computer doesn’t seem to be conforming the footage itself. Do you know how I could conform the footage manually?
