    Oh ok thank you.
    I’ll try it out.

But i also wonder, is it any way i can save this as a preset?
You know so i just can drag in that preset and it will be a text with guassin blur effect and the settings, with the keys too.
So i don’t have to remake this all time? 🙂

Yes, but it has to fade between the speed changes?
Example: IF a car goes 150 kilometer in hour (150km/h) and have to go down to 100km/h, then you will pass the numbers 145, 140, 135, 130, etc. Something like that.
If not it will be a hard.. idk what named.
    But you problary get that.

So i wonder how i can make this more smooth? In a better way then trying to do it with keyframes, which i think will be hard, then need doing alot maths etc i would think.

Also i need more blur to it.

    Just tried out, here’s result.

I hate rendering, its the worst sh-t made on this planet.

I’ve heard from someone that Sony Vegas doesn’t like QuickTime container thing. But i don’t know, since in a guide when i use Canon 550D/T2i and going to encord this one to a MPEG-2 something, to make it more editable in Sony Vegas, it’s still a quicktime container when i put it into vegas.

Well thx, i will try out the PNG way, if it gets too much size i’ll do something else

Sorry i don’t really understand what you’re saying there :S
I’m going to upload this on youtube for the reason its huger, also more people will watch the video.

I don’t know how i can watch on vimeo what files i need.

Also for youtube it says about MPEG-2, MPEG-4 and one or a few more.
Problem is the settings on Sony Vegas.
There’s settings like: B-frames, I-frames, Profile, level, Constant/variable bit rate. Etc

Also found MPEG-2 better quality for youtube than i did with MPEG-4 so far, but i think its still too bad quality =|

But i’ll tomorrow make the video and then when im done i’ll try out all formats with all settings and will find out the right one problary.

Hmm ok thx, asked on the compression forums so.
Well i rendered out with QuickTime container, idk what settings i choosed, but it was pretty good quality.
Then putted it into Sony Vegas.
And here i’ve the only problem left, to render out to a great quality youtube video.

Tried just with MPEG-2, was abit better quality than the MP4, but still it needs better.

    hum okays.
But later i will render this out in some way, and import it to Sony Vegas, and there i will put in all the parts together (i’ll make the whole movie in Sony Vegas, but some parts will be from after effects).

So i wonder how would i render this out from sony vegas than?
I mean, will i use any other software for this? And if so, how do i than render out this from vegas, what fileformats etc..

April 21, 2010 at 1:43 pm in reply to: 3D in Sony Vegas?

Oh yes, that was the problem.

But right now i runned into a problem when i was going to try it out, to move stuffs in the Z space etc.

I made a some layers, and made them all to 3D.
On one layer i put the floor (didn’t move anything in the Z axis)
Another layer i put in the girl character (didn’t move anything in the Z axis)

And another there the guy sitting i moved abit back in the Z space, and so did i with that red/dark background so it wouldn’t hide that guy sitting.

But here comes the problem, when i moved back the background its no possibles it can fill in the space around. You see in the X axis, it doesn’t fill in, inside the preview window.
But inside this pan/crop window you can see that it SHOULD fill it in.

The project i made 1280×720 (HDV)
And in width and height i made 1280×720 inside the pan/crop and then i locked the aspect ratio and center, and scaled it down so everything would be shown, but it doesn’t.

I’ve to grow the solid layer in some way? (like in ae), but how?
