    Thanks Borjis and Jeremy for all the help! I tried both last night and both looked great. I now can also offer up both formats for my clients! You guys are lifesavers!

    Thanks for the input guys. I’m looking for more specifics on readying hd video for web streaming so clients would be able to look at it over a website or ftp.

    Basically I’m trying to achieve the same quality that the below video from helinet has on their website and to maximize quality while keeping file sizes small.

    Is there a formula that one could point me to for figuring out the data rates and keyframes to maximize this quality?
