I haven’t tried the Lite On, However most firewire standalones
will not rec’d from computers. Only decks…IE; the Panasonic and Sony Models…

Good news: The Pioneer 320 and 520 will not only rec’d from FCP
time-line…They will also play into FCP Non-Copy protected DVD’s

And Sharpe has a model also. Can’t remember the model# B&H carries it.
It will also rec’d from FCP Time Line….

This concerns the multicamera part of the application:
According to the apple site it can sync on camera’s internal clock… If I understand that correctly is there a 24hr. gate?
