Are you saying you can select both to add to your preset but only one shows up? I’ve had no trouble adding multiple color correction plugins to my presets, and I’m a buffoon.

I know this is stupid and not what you’re asking for, but youtube now allows you to put a “time lapse” effect on your uploaded videos. Maybe it will spark an idea.

Here’s another stupid response. Before you export to Media Encoder do you click the audio tab and make sure it’s set to output the audio the way you want it? If so, have you sent it to Media Encoder, and THEN checked the audio tab again to make sure it’s still set to output the way you want it?
I’ve sometimes set “Publish” to publish my video to youtube, then sent the file to Media Encoder, and if I change the pre-set, it nullifies the Publish choice and I have to set it again inside Media Encoder. But one thing I don’t understand is, you say that the preset you choose only allows 2 channel mono, right? If so isn’t that all you can expect it to output?

According to Google a Mac doesn’t have a temp folder, but if you google “where is the temp folder on a mac” or “where does Premiere Pro store temp files on a Mac” you’ll find how to empty your computer of temp files.

There is another post here somewhere about how you have to manually empty the temp folder that Premiere Pro and After Effects dump all their temporary files to. It’s not “emptying cache” as found in the preferences dialog box. You have to go to the temp folder and empty it manually. That supposedly will speed things up a bit. Try that. I think it’s in C:\Users\”Your Name”\App Data\local\temp.

Is there more than one instance of each, or are there just one of each? In other words, part of the clip is like example one, then the rest of the clip is like example two, rather than going from one to two, then back to one, back to two, etc.
If there’s only one instance of each you could split the clip right where the color changes, then open them in Speedgrade and use color match. Otherwise, the other options mentioned would probably be faster.

I believe you use “Vibrance” under the Creative tab in Lumetri. From what I’ve read (but not in practice since h264 footage doesn’t seem to exist in the same universe as RAW), Vibrance will boost all colors except skin tones.

I’ve had nothing but aggravation with LUTs, they do not get along with DSLR h264 footage.
I’ll try the color converter thing and report back the results.
