Also when I render selection, the footage also seems slightly blurred, but when I pause it it is crisp again. Any help understanding this would be appreciated as well.

My master delivery needs will be exporting for JW Player. I dropped the footage into a new sequence and changed the sequence settings to match the clips. I also made sure that pull down was removed in the interpret footage option so that my footage would be progressive. However when I add text over the clip the footage seems to have a slightly blurry line that runs through the middle and I’m trying to figure out why. Any help would be appreciated.
