Thanks for the practical help. I will try the default settings and modify them when necessary. Every day I learn something that makes vegas easier and more useful.

Apparently when I expanded the file it was not expanded enough to put the cursor on the spot where the picture was. So I expanded it a LOT and then it was ok.
While I have your attention. Back before color TV news departments shot news in 16 mm neg film. I have some. Does the pro version convert neg to positive? 9 premium does not seem to have that capability. Thanks
