I heard 2 sticks were easier on the memory controller but like what was stated…that’s likely for high-intensity gaming, but I don’t know for sure either as far as rendering goes.

With 8GB, I was rendering some HD footage to MPEG-2 and was listening to i-Tunes, converting NEF files to JPEG with Nikon Capture NX2,and opened up Google Earth and still couldn’t break 5GB of usage.

Sounds like a bottleneck somewhere possibly.

To get the “Fisheye” lens effect I believe it’s a combination of “Deform” and possibly “Cookie Cutter” but Playing around with Deform and using “Circle” you can adjust the values for left,right, etc.

The shot was probably used with a ultra-wide angle lens or a “Fisheye” and could possibly be easily duplicated with a DSLR with movie mode.

Not much help I know but figure it’s a start.
