First of all for that same reason I have been getting paid in full at least 15 days before the event for the last 25 years.
You know that you are not getting any referrals from them. Most likely they have been telling everyone that you haven’t finish their video and that is way they don’t have it.
Take it off the compurer as WhiteWater said and charge them for re-mounting it. That is if they ever come back.
I have wedding videos waiting for years missing only pics to be finished(paid in full). I don’t mount anything unless I have everything I need. Not only that but I start working on it in the order I received the material not by the event day.Douglas Villalba

I am sorry that I can’t help you with anything, but thanks for the advise. I was going to upgrade Saturday to FCP5 and Tiger, but they didn’t have the FCP5 upgrade in stock so I didnt upgrade.

It a lot like the wedding,
they start at the main entrance of the church, they will spit at the devil and pray in greek so you won’t understand a word.
Then they go to the altar and there will be a cantor (singer) they will dump the kid in the water cut some hairs off and cover the kid with oil. They will go around the altar just like the wedding.
It is long but easy to shoot. The party is just that. After all the water & oil they will take the kid to the back and bring them out with a white gown.
An yes women are not allowed back in the altar.
My youngest doughter’s mom is greek and I was able to do the video myself. The parents are not up in the altar all the time.Douglas Villalba
