I am having the same issue, but exporting directly out of Premiere, with a DNxHD sequence. Adobe 9.2.0.41.

When using the Canon EOS Log and Transfer plugin I found it to sometimes not be reliable.
Occasionally I will have imported clips that are much shorter than the original. Re-importing the clips with Log and Transfer doesn’t solve the problem. Has anyone else run into this problem? The editing systems I am using are running 10.5.8 with FCP 6.06.

I have been using MPEG Streamclip, which hasn’t shortened any clips, but as noted before, still has TC starting at 0. Have to try the programs that were mentioned, if production time allows.
