Assuming I found or made a star, what would be the method to get it rotating? i thought about making 3 stars in Photoshop and trying to rotate them on ellipses or something similar. -
Well Since I already applied i figure i’d tell you how. I used a motion blur tutorial in combination with the stylize —> wind option to give my characters, which were people photographed wit ha sword, the rushing anime look. hope someone can benefit from this!
