Thanks Brian, that’s good to know and I’m sure that would have been my next level of frustration. I’m still not getting my Illustrator image (it’s a single layer with a knock out of the logo) to either become a sphere or wrap around a sphere. This is the first time I’ve had to warp an Illustrator file and I’m sure I’m missing something…

Hi Greg, thanks for the reply! I’ve tried the deformers (Sphereify and Wrap) and I haven’t had any success. Neither creates a round sphere where I can extrude the cut out. Instead of round I get a chunky mess. I know I’m missing something but I’m not sure what… any other ideas would be gratefully appreciated!
