thanks for your fast response 🙂 It’s not really specific enough for me though, I’m really not an After Effects pro, I am only able to do basic things… Thanks for your help anyway though! 🙂

Thanks for your help everyone. I managed to get the ‘VFXed’ footage to look really close to the original footage using the LEVELS plugin in Vegas. I really can’t render out from After Effects in anything other than H.264 because my computer can’t handle large files xD Thanks! 🙂

Thanks for your response, Matt 🙂 Those do seem like they could be viable options. I’ll have a look around 🙂 Thank you.

thanks for the quick response, Jeff 🙂 I realise I didn’t make it very clear. What I mean by flattened is that the image itself suddenly becomes flat. As in, low contrast, low saturation. I can’t simply manually increase contrast and saturation with Sony Vegas effects, because it doesn’t have the same feel as the original footage, and also degrades image quality further, as you probably know 🙂

Thanks for replying, but I have already tried that. I’ve even tried Cleaning the pool media afterwards, but Vegas still stops responding…

thanks for all your help, but I have another question… Do I need some software or a plugin of some sort to burn onto a Blue-Ray disc?

hey thanks! I do have a PS3, so that would work as a blu-ray player, right? Can I simply put it on a USB stick and put it onto my PS3? 🙂

Hey, thanks for replying 🙂 Well, it’s really so that I can show them on my 42″ TV, but I assumed by getting settings for the Big Screen, it would look even better on the TV, but I may be wrong, I’m new to this stuff, so please have patience with me :)So basically, what render settings would I choose to get it to look brilliant on my TV? :)Also, I assumed the codec would be part of the render settings, what Codec would you suggest? BTW, the film would be put onto my TV screen via DVD.

great it worked! Thanks! 😀 But… I have another problem xD Now, whenever I try to open Sony Vegas I can’t, becaue it freezes on that little loading box that says VEGAS PRO 10 and stuff, Any ideas? 🙂

Thanks, but when I try to click on the corrupted clip, Sony Vegas just freezes and stops responding, I’ve tried about 10 times. Is there a way around that? Also, For some reason I have the option to paste into a new project, but it just doesn’t paste when I ask it to… 🙂
