Yes I didn’t think there was anyway to get it to such a small size, thanks for confirming that.

I am sending it to the festival on a USB stick like suggested (Apple ProRes 422), along with the a smaller H264 on DVD just incase.

No it looks fine. But the festival is specifically asking for an Apple ProRes 422 .mov
