Well it shows up as a blank file, when i delete it, nothing happens to my vegas project, just it comes back up when i open vegas

Thanks for the clearing that out, i actually did mean film grain, not static

anyone got an idea for the 2nd question?

Well yea, but i need that text to be on the video, everytime i drag the text to its its black backround, i need it to be on the film, if you know what im trying to say
