And all of this ugly happens no matter what you get from it? How is it with c-log and external recorder.
I am suppose to DIT and grade a short shot on c300 in January. Any advice is welcomed.

In a video it is clearly visible that when you are making your adjustment you click with an eyedropper tool (thus qualifying the range of the node influence)in the shadows part of the image. Then, after you reset you adjustments and repeat them in a second node you did not click in the shadows areas of the image, and any adjustment you made then applied to the entire image.

I might be completely off here but try to download and install a trial of the premium version of GoPro Studio and see if it fixes your problems. Also you will not see any changes unless you quit and reopen Resolve.

Thanks for the workaround. It works perfectly for the test purpose when I construct the timeline in resolve.
Unfortunately it doesnt help with conform failures with a clips that are not at 100% fps.

It is exactly true, but yet again the Ppro has no issues neither does the FCP.

In encore enable Transcode using the Media Encoder, then define quality presets and chose settings that will fit your workflow.
