I tried this but it wont work.
the value is 409. If i change it to other value, the language is changing but it still right
to left….

My OS is an Hebrew OS (right to left language) – so maybe that the problem….

I have the same problem too.

I have a Hebrew OS.

I tried changing my duel monitor setup, still have the problem.
also I tried to change the “UlangID” in the registry but value was already 409.

plz help me!
