if fields set to none and you export footage using currect settings, yes it will be progressive. you can export footage and use media info to be sure.

i tried digital rebellion utilities, trashed preferences, removed final cut and all its preferences and renders, reinstall, noting helps. same thing. everytime i open a project or its backups, there are a lot out of sync audio clips. But a couple of days ago those projects opened correctly and there were no out of sync issues.

Thanks for reply. I deleted preferences, but it doesnt help. Same thing.

Adobe Premiere has very sofisticated color correction tools (primary and secondary, adjustement layers). It ships with tons of effects and preset, may be you wont need any third party plugins at all.
