If you use Mocha for the motion track, you can export the track data as a text file.

they used Apple Motion for the content.
The wavy background used for the luma matte is “Lighting Flares” and the circles are either “Light Streaks” or “Light Writing”

If you open Motion, go to Library and search Content, you will find those and much more.
