They are releasing updates with Build Number changes.
The original release (the one you have) is Build 370 for 32bit and 371 for 64bit.
Have a close look on the download page – the build numbers are now:
424 for 32bit
425 for 64bit

I recently built my first computer specifically for Vegas Video Editing.
I made a full two part video tutorial of the entire build, which is on YouTube now. So if you haven’t actually built your new computer yet, you may like to check out the video I made.
