How do i select adjust size and quality for optimal playback?

How do i Select a region over your transition and select shift+B?

I did everything else including “best” in the render project settings.

    Thanks!

Thanks for all your help. I’m going to try your suggestions.

I have questions about project settings.

    Are these good?

    pixel format – 8 bit
    full resolution rendering best
    motion blur – Gaussian
    deinterlace method – blend fields

    Thanks!

I tried the interlace flicker in the “switches”, but it didn’t help.

I just thought of something. In preview the fades are perfect. It’s the render that the bad quality happens.

If the preview looks good should not the rendered movie look as good?

I’m new and i don’t understand why a preview looks good and the render does not.

I don’t know how to delete a post but never mind. I figured it out…….the pictures may look god but the poor transition quality is because i’m stretching 900×675 pictures to 1280×720……..that doesn’t work very well.

Thanks. I know that the capture is not blurry because it looks god in photoshop and all of my other images programs.

There’s another thing i just noticed too: The dimensions are 700×1073 and the project file is 550 widith. Even though the capture is wider than the movie, upon import it becomes really thin.

If jpeg is a bad format, which format is best?

    Thanks.

Thanks. It is set to best/full in preview mode. I’m not capturing the images with sony vegas though. I’m capturing with snag it. Is there away to capture a full scrolling webpage with sony vegas?

    Thanks again.

I apprceiate your help and I apologize that I’m causing you ambiguity……sometimes I have ambiguity towards myself, so I understand.

What I’m trying to do is export a flash/flv movie.

I guess it’s Adobe flash that exports a player but not AE.

So exporting a video from AE which includes a player is not possible?

    I did what you said.

On the right panel where animation effects, audio and all those category tabs are there is no “video” tab. I’m pretty sure that there is supposed to be a video tab. Right?

    And thanks for your reply!
