I wonder if that tablet can create a good digital painting like in :

I only consider it since it sells for cheap.

Is the art tablet compatible with Windows 10 OS ?
Since I do not use Mac.
Art is only my hobby.

I am not using ATI Radeon card since I am using a laptop.

I still do not understand how to rotate the picture with the camera simply by pressing the left mouse button.
I pick the Selection Tools and Local Axis Mode. If I click the left mouse button and arrow, it keeps looking for an object to select instead of rotating it. Check the video, it rotates the picture, but it doesn’t work for me.

I already sucessfully render the video, except that all the video are in MP4 format. Is that the best format? Or is there anyway I can change it into a small *.AVI file ? Since the first AVI render are huge. Like 4 GB. That’s too much.
I already learn some basic stuff from YouTube. Unfortunately youtube cannot answer all my questions – that’s why I need this forum.
