Thanks for the responses. I uninstalled the software, deleted the directories and rebooted. I then re-installed Vegas and am experiencing the same results. Namely it says my serial # is invalid. I have double checked it also. Can anyone offer any more suggestions? I appreciate them. Thanks…..
