Hey Cade,
Many of the HD or full-size videos you see on the net are using Flash Media Streaming Server, which has the capability to detect what type of machine the clip is being played on and will scale the video for the best possible results.
1280×720 is bigger than most people’s screen resolutions. You may have to consider re-encoding down so the average joe can play it.

In Audition 1.5 there’s one configuration to make:

Go to Options>Settings>Data and check the “Embed Project Link data for Edit Original functionality” check box.
