Boy, what I would do for the answer to this question…right now. I’m in the middle of a project that suddenly has hundreds of unlinked clips. I fear that you can unlink in mass (by accident), but cannot link in mass.
Help! Anyone?

Thank you! I’ve been importing into sound production software, saving in .aiff, then exporting to Final Cut. A lot of steps. Too many steps. I’ll give your idea a whirl.
