Loop points are used for “motion menus”, e.g. you can have a 15 second motion menu and then have the buttons appear at a given time, (say after 10 seconds),and then you can instuct Encore to loop the motion back to this 10 second time interval and also to have it loop back to this time for as long as you need (set it to loop forever, and it will do as instructed),Hope this helps

yes, you can do all that with Encore, as for creating customized menus then you would better using Adobe Photoshop for that, as this will allow you more creativity..

please feel free to check out the tuts on my website (https://www.doogs-tutorials.com/), these should be of some more help to you…

you can create “scene selection” menus in Encore (not sure what you mean by “nested Menus”) and No, .htm can’t be used for menus in Encore.

You could click on the mask layer on the menu, this will bring up its resizing handles, then if you have enough area in the button circle to cover the video mask then just adjust the size of the mask accordingly.Or if you prefer please visit my website and email me the video button and i will have a look at it for you and get back to u.. You could set it all up by using an invisible button (that is a button with its opacity turned way down to 0%)

You can use the “chapter end actions” function in Encore 2.0 to return back to where you specify.., not sure why you are seeing the pixalation on the DVD playback, could be perhaps that Encore has encoded the video to a lower bitrate to enable it to fit onto a single Disc..

how long is the video running time?
