Adam Kampia from wrigleyvideo forums has actually recorded a tut on how to create the kind of menu you are looking for, he used AE for this, but stated that Premiere could be used as well.

have you told Nero that you are compiling a DVD?? and that the burn choices screen is not showing the choice of CD??, if it is then click the arrow and then select DVD as your destination media.

never ever use the mouse to test your menus.. this will result in an innacurate representaion of what is working right/wrong. always use the remote arrows on the Encore preview window.

One other tip is to give all your menus a specific name(type this name onto the menus), this way you will visually know what menu you are viewing when the “auto activate” feature is working. These temp menu names can be easily deleted once you are 100% sure that all is working as it should..

https://www.sitesled.com/members/doogs/downloads.htm and download the Advanced tutorial #9, this should help you do what you wanna do.. tuts #5,6,7,8 of the advanced section also show the seperate procedures from start to finish using Photoshop, Premiere Pro and then Encore

Encore allows the use of 2 highlight groups.. each with 3 colours, so in effect you can use 6 different colours. The tricky part would be to seperate the different colours of your image and then place those in their own seperate layers named(highlight=1,highlight=2,highlight=3). I have done a tutorial on using 3 seperate colours for highlights. check out tut#10 in the “Advanced” section of my website. https://www.sitesled.com/members/doogs/downloads.htm
