Apparently it is the movie background that is causing this problem. I opened up DVD Architect 1 and was able to render out a perfectly fine DVD. Is this a bug in DVDA2?

Gary, I’m working with the DV Type2 avi’s that Vegas captures through the firewire from the DV cam.
