Thanks very much, although it didnt really answew my question. Uploading the final product and encoding to flash is ok.

My issue is at what stage do i add compression and change my frame size so i have different size videos for the user.

Should i render an uncompressed video and then use a compresser to reduce my file size?

Should i render a compressed video and then compress again with another compressor?

Should i render a compressed video and leave it at that and just use an enocing programme to turn into flash?

I own Procoder 3 and Adobe Media Player also.
