i did hear that the bogen 501 sticks. if you are looking for a tripod get the bogen 503. as far as i know the 503 still isnt true fluid, but its way better than the 501

when viewed on media player and then when i bring the mpeg back into premier. it doesnt fill the whole screen but has white and black on the top and bottom.

during my practice shot, no tripod. i dont know which is a good portable one to get. like the 30 dollar ones from best buy. but im not using one for now.

you can always buy one from istock or someplace/ google ayatoweb and youll see a cool timer.
