What do you mean? Coolness comes at a price and this means it’s a lot of hard work. In the particular example a lot of keying, masking and rotoscoping. There can be no instant one-click plugin solutions for this kind of stuff. not sure what you are looking for.

Sorry, if you thought I was looking for a one click button – this was not the case – its just that I love the colouring in this commercial and was wondering how it was achieved or indeed if anyone had any ideas on how to achieve something similar.
Thirsting for knowledge on how to do everything – In fact it becomes very overwhelming not knowing how certain visuals have been created.
