Yep, already made the happy coaster. The burned dvd plays on the tv set but the same sync problems are present. I am at a loss as to what could be causing these issues since the referenced pre pro video is in sync

Thanks for the reply. What would cause the sound which is well below being clipped in premiere and encore to sound clipped when moved to a set top dvd player? Does the conversion of the avi (combined vid+audio) within encore cause an issue. Since the audio files were all below a clipped db they were not normalized in premiere before export to encore (not certain if this is the cause of the sound issue). So to fix the audio I tried to select all the clips in premiere to normalize the sound but premiere grayed out the fucntion when all the clips were selected at once. It seems the clips must be normalized individually in premiere or exported to an audio editor, normalized and then exported to encore (but this can’t be right)
