    Well, I believe FCS2 is all you need. Since you don’t have a recordable HD DVD drive, let’s discuss the equivalent quality on his CPU.

    Once, you’ve taken the pics into an HD 720 timeline in FCP and cut your project, and I would recommend a DVCPRO HD 720 60p setup; you can then Export> Using Quicktime Conversion>Quicktime movie>; under Options; uncheck Prepare for Intertnet Streaming, select DVCPRO HD720 60p under Video Settings> Compression Type and you now have an HD Quicktime file for your client.

    No disc, no mess. Just make sure he has the latest version of Quicktime player on his CPU.
