I’ve been wondering/hoping as well. Unfortunately, thus far it doesn’t look like it will work. The BCF2000 communicates via midi only. Prem Pro 2 can communicate via asio, but not midi. So while the BCF2000 will work with Audition, it won’t work with Premiere.
If anybody has info otherwise please to tell. Otherwise I’ll be looking into Yamaha’s 01x – more expensive, but pretty cool.

Have you deleted the conformed audio files? If not, I would try that to see if Prem rewrites them with better results.

Ah, yeah – I know how to use the iris. Apparently, per responses on other forums, it’s the shutter that’s been wreaking havoc. Even with the iris and gain on manual, the shutter apparently, by default is on

Best mini-dv prosumer camera out there. The picture quality of the 24p mode is amazing, and in my opinion the viewfinder and erganomics are best in class as well. As long as you don’t need HD, buy it and don’t look back. If HD is a consideration, as stated above, the HVX200 looks pretty sweet but it’ll probably be at least another six months, maybe more, before it’s readily available.
