Thanks for your help, Deirdre,
it turns out, I loaded the 32bit audio driver and not the 64bit.
As soon as I loaded this driver in it has settled down and it seems to be fine.

I will keep an eye (ear) on it tho, and let you know.

Yes it did.

I’m thinking about reloading my audio drivers.
